Is there really no commission?＋
Correct — orders placed through your own website, app and QR codes carry no commission and no per-order fee, on any plan. The only costs are your normal card processing rates, exactly as they'd be at the counter.
Can I take delivery orders as well as pickup?＋
Yes. You can accept pickup, dine-in and delivery orders, set your own delivery zones and fees, and dispatch with your own drivers — so the delivery margin stays with you instead of going to a marketplace.
Do I need a separate website?＋
No. A branded ordering page is included in your RestoMate subscription, and it can either be your whole website or slot into a site you already have.
How do orders reach the kitchen?＋
Straight into the same queue as counter and QR orders — printed to your kitchen printers, shown on your kitchen display screens, and included in the same reporting. There's no separate tablet beeping in the corner.
How do I get customers to order direct instead of through the apps?＋
